Earth Day - 2020

Earth day is an annual occurrence celebrated around the world on 22^nd April to manifest support for environmental protection.

This year was supposed to celebrate its 50^thanniversary but as we are facing pandemic “COVID -19”, due to which we are not leading a usual life so we had celebrated this special day with the immense support of the enthusiastic students of SNPS, Govindpuri. During the virtual sessions, students took an oath to become earth saver and escalate awareness about the issues making earth disturbed. Further the students also showed their creativity by portraying earth’s beauty in their pictures i.e. pollution free environment, flowing of clean water resources, positive impact on global warming etc.
