      1. AGE: Directorate fixed the upper age limit for Admission in entry level classes, which is as under:

       

      Pre-School                             Less than 04 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

      For Pre-Primary                   Less than 05 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

      For Class-1                            Less than 06 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

ADMISSION GUIDELINES:

  • The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School/Nursery ONLY for the session 2023-24.
  • The child must be 3 years as on 31st March 2023.
  • The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. Candidates willing to apply under EWS/DG Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
  • Payment of Rs.25/-towards registration shall be charged.
  • Ensure a receipt of Rs.25/- for registration charges has been procured. (to be used at the time of verification of documents.
  • The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION FOR THE GRANT OF ADMISSION:

A.   Birth Certificate of the Child.
B. Proof of Residence – Ration Card/ Voter I-Card/ Domicile Certificate/ Electricity bill/ Water bill/ MTNL bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents.
C. Proof of Sibling: – Identity Card and Report Card of the child studying in SNPS, Govindpuri.
D. Proof of Alumni – V/VIII School Certificate.

 

Please note that:

  1. Registration Form found incomplete/false in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
  2. No UNDERTAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time of verification of documents.
  3. Earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class stand void.
  4. Distance calculation is considered only by the Main Road having its starting point from Gate No.1 of the School.
  5. Attach the photocopies of the listed documents along with the registration form at the time of its submission.
  6. Bring two passport size photographs for the candidate and a joint photograph of the candidates with both the parents (5 x 6 cm) at the tme of verification of documents.
  7. Any discrepancy if noted in the LIST Published ( First/Second/Third) to be brought to the notice of the principal in writing within 48 hrs.(during school working hours) of its publication, failing which no representation shall be entertained thereafter.
