INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION TO PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY): 2025-2026

1. 1. 1. Please read the depicted below instructions/information carefully before filling up the form.
      2. Please retain the ACKNOWLEDGMENT issued against the receipt of Admission Form for future reference.
      3. AVAILABILITY OF SEATS :
         1. Total no. of seats                                : 80
         2. Of seats under General Category     : 60
         3. Of seats under EWS/DG                    : 20

       

      4. AGE: Directorate fixed the upper age limit for Admission in entry level classes, which is as under:

      For Pre-School                      Less than 04 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

      For Pre-Primary                   Less than 05 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

      For Class-1                             Less than 06 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

5. ADMISSION SCHEDULE:

ADMISSION GUIDELINES:

• The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School/Nursery ONLY for the session 2025-26
• The child must be 3 years as on 31^st March 2025
• The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. Candidates willing to apply under EWS/DG Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
• Payment of Rs.25/-towards registration shall be charged.
• Ensure a receipt of Rs.25/- for registration charges has been procured. (to be used at the time of verification of documents.
• The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION FOR THE GRANT OF ADMISSION:

Please note that:

1. Registration Form found incomplete/false in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
2. No UNDERTAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time of verification of documents.
3. Earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class stand void.
4. Distance calculation is considered only by the Main Road having its starting point from Gate No.1 of the School.
5. Attach the photocopies of the listed documents along with the registration form at the time of its submission.
6. Bring two passport size photographs for the candidate and a joint photograph of the candidates with both the parents (5 x 6 cm) at the tme of verification of documents.
7. Any discrepancy if noted in the LIST Published ( First/Second/Third) to be brought to the notice of the principal in writing within 48 hrs.(during school working hours) of its publication, failing which no representation shall be entertained thereafter.
